Pure CSS for <input type=”file”> …

Why is it that people go out of their way to make simple things complicated ?

I was looking for an easy way to change the ugly looking and browser dependent file upload button for the <input type=”file”> HTML tag. I found a few solutions on the net, and as usual, all contained much more code than was necessary.

I’ll save you the war story.  You can download what you want in a 1.5K zip file here.
